Yes. All our chai is made with Assam black tea, so it contains caffeine.
What is jaggery?
Jaggery is unrefined cane sugar, traditional in Indian chai. We use just a hint for a rounder, caramel-like sweetness.
What is a dirty chai?
A dirty chai is chai with a shot of espresso. Ours is our bottled iced masala chai with a shot of espresso, served chilled.
Is the bottled chai a concentrate?
No. Our bottled iced masala chai is ready to drink: just chill it and pour, no mixing or diluting needed.
How long does bottled iced chai last?
Our bottled iced masala chai has a shelf life of about one month and contains no preservatives.
How many cups does a chai blend make?
One pack of our masala chai blend brews about 20 cups.
Can I make chai concentrate from the blend?
Yes. Brew the whole pack in about 9 cups of water for roughly 8 cups of concentrate, enough for 20 cups of chai: just add milk when you pour. See
